In our haematology centre, all patients with diseases of the blood (haematology), the lymph organs, with all diagnoses of other malignant tumours as well as with advanced (palliative) disease states, can be diagnosed, counselled and treated.

All modern diagnostic procedures are available. The findings are discussed weekly at the Oncology Centre's multi-disciplinary tumour meeting with all specialisms. We are available for second opinions upon request.

Therapeutically, we offer all of the system therapies used in oncology such as chemotherapy, treatment with modern cancer therapies such as antibody therapy, tyrosine kinase inhibitors or checkpoint inhibitors (immunotherapy).

As part of our integrative treatment concept, our patients also have access to numerous additional therapy options. These include movement therapy, art therapy, nutritional counselling, massage and physiotherapy and anthroposophic nursing treatments as well as a wide range of psycho-oncological support.

Haemo-oncology ward 7, together with supportive oncology and palliative medicine ward 5, forms the Department of Interdisciplinary Oncology. There is close cooperation with the Centre for Outpatient Tumour Therapy at the MVZ Havelhöhe.

In cooperation with specialist departments and specialists, we also treat urological tumours such as renal cell carcinoma, ureteric and bladder carcinoma, prostate carcinoma, testicular and germ cell tumours and penile carcinoma
